ASTRAEA DYNAMICS

[ AI-ASSISTED RIT MODULAR SYSTEM ]

Affordable offensive and defensive systems.

Astraea Dynamics builds weaponry that nations can actually field. First product: Astraea Sentry — a mast-mounted camera system that tracks FPV drones, people, vehicles, and objects in real time.

[ Our Mission ]

Make offensive and defensive weaponry affordable.

Legacy platforms cost millions upwards to billions and arrive too late. Adversaries field cheap FPV drones in weeks. Astraea Dynamics closes that gap with software-defined systems that can be produced, deployed, and iterated at industrial speed. Astraea Sentry is the first: reconnaissance, identification, and tracking without a multi-million-dollar C-UAS stack.

[ Flagship System ]

Astraea Sentry

AI-Assisted Reconnaissance, Identification & Tracking (RIT)

The first system we are building: a modular mast equipped with specialized cameras and on-node AI fusion. Sentry provides persistent overwatch — tracking FPV drones, personnel, vehicles, and objects from a single deployable node at a fraction of legacy C-UAS cost.

[01]

FPV & Micro-UAS Tracking

Detect and track small, fast-moving FPV drones at extended range — objects conventional perimeter sensors miss.

[02]

Personnel & Object ID

AI-assisted classification of people, equipment, and anomalous objects within the sensor footprint.

[03]

Vehicle Recognition

Continuous tracking and identification of cars, trucks, and ground vehicles across the monitored zone.

[04]

Modular Mast Architecture

Rapid-deploy mast with specialized multi-spectral camera arrays. Field-configurable for airfields, borders, and KRITIS sites.

[ Threat Context ]

Leipzig/Halle proved small UAS detection is a national gap.

In August 2026, German investigators linked a coordinated incident at Flughafen Leipzig/Halle to at least three drones. An explosive-equipped device was found near Ukrainian Antonov freight aircraft on the airfield. A second object — described by pilots as roughly 30 cm in size at 300–400 m altitude — allegedly collided with a DHL cargo aircraft forced to abort its approach. Ten days later, a third drone was recovered in Kabelsketal, adjacent to the airport, with traces of the military explosive Hexogen.

Federal Minister of the Interior of Germany, Alexander Dobrindt, stated Leipzig was “not an isolated case” — part of a broader hybrid threat pattern against critical infrastructure. Most German airports still lack adequate detection and defeat systems for radar-low, commercially available FPV platforms.

[ Employment ]

One Sentry node. Two theaters of use.

Domain 01

Military & Defense Operations

Mast-deployed Sentry nodes for bases, airfields, and forward positions. Track FPV drones, personnel, and vehicles without tying operators to a single vendor radar stack.

Domain 02

Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS)

Persistent overwatch for airports, logistics hubs, energy sites, and ports. Built for the detection gap Leipzig/Halle exposed: small, low-signature UAS against civilian critical assets.

[ Architecture ]

Why Sentry can be fielded at scale.

[01]

Affordable by Design

A mast, specialized cameras, and on-node AI — not a billion-dollar intercept battery. Field many nodes instead of one exquisite system.

[02]

AI-Assisted RIT

Reconnaissance, identification, and tracking of FPV drones, people, vehicles, and objects. Edge inference filters false positives in seconds.

[03]

Modular Mast Architecture

Rapid-deploy hardware that iterates with software. Swap payloads, update models, and match adversary FPV cycles without a new procurement.

[ Investors ]

Cost will decide who can actually field defense.

[01] Market

Cheap FPV drones already outpace radar-centric C-UAS. Airports, bases, and KRITIS sites need affordable detection that works against small, low-signature aircraft.

[02] Product

Astraea Sentry is the first system: a modular RIT mast. Hardware that can be manufactured at volume, software that iterates weekly.

[03] Timing

Leipzig/Halle showed a coordinated three-drone incident against German logistics infrastructure. Detection and tracking at that scale is still a national gap.
